The successful candidate will play a key role in billing operations, system administration, and continuous process improvement initiatives.
The areas of responsibility include billing, OTC as well as other administrative duties.
Support process improvement and project management efforts within the Administration and Analytics team.
Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for administrative functions.
Provide primary support for billing, OTC, and other administrative activities.
Continuously look for ways to drive improvement within their functional area as well as the larger organization
Support day-to-day functions of the Administration team
Succession completion of a post-secondary education (bachelor's degree preferred)
Demonstrates exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and adapt to shifting priorities
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
Must be team oriented and an independent self-starter
Experience in Transportation & Logistics Industry would be considered an asset
* Lean Six Sigma or other process improvement strategy certification would be considered an asset
