EHS is looking for a Seasonal?Billing Administrator

to be based on-site out of our office in Edmonton. Reporting to the Project Accounting Manager, the Billing Administrator is involved in diplomatic interaction with customers to provide billing information and support in order to facilitate swift payment of invoices due to the organization.
Position Summary
Prepare and administer client billing to major clients, including all applicable backup per contract terms and conditions
Prepare period or cost statements or reports
Respond to project managers' inquiries, maintain good customer relations, and solve problems
Perform billing duties including collections, follow-up activities, and timely preparation of billings
Work closely with other Finance Division members to maintain the integrity of all financial operations
Upload invoice information to electronic invoicing platform (Cortex, ADP, Ariba, etc.)
Review all credit balances, refunds, and adjustments, and apply adjustments and/or corrections to corporate billing records
Perform other duties as required
Required Skills and Experience
University or College education in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
5+ years of billing, finance, or other related experience
Experience with DocuSign & Viewpoint by Vista an asset
Strong customer service skills
Excellent time management, prioritization, and communication skills (both verbal and written)
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and automated accounting software
Knowledgeable of all applicable legislation and regulations involved in billing
Effective attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
A demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks at once
High level of critical and logical thinking, analysis, and/or reasoning to identify underlying principles, reasons, or facts
