Job Description

We are looking for a talented Bilingual Remote Mining Supervisor (Remote-7x7) to join our central Canada team.


Job Summary:




Supervises employees who install, service, and repair equipment and machinery.


In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:




Optimize Technician Performance. By

coordinating schedules and aligning repair plans with customer quotes, you'll ensure technicians are productive and repairs are completed efficiently and accurately.

Lead and Develop Your Team.

Through coaching, feedback, and performance reviews, you'll foster a culture of growth and accountability among Service Technicians and Team Leaders.

Support Technical Problem-Solving.

You'll be the first line of support for technicians needing assistance, helping resolve issues quickly or escalating when necessary to maintain workflow.

Manage Service Logistics

. Overseeing materials, equipment, and personnel, you'll ensure safe, high-quality, and cost-effective service operations.

Ensure Quote Accuracy and Transparency

. By reviewing and refining repair quotes, you'll help maintain trust and clarity with customers, minimizing surprises and delays.

Drive Continuous Improvement

. You'll actively participate in refining processes to meet evolving customer expectations and organizational goals.

Monitor Repair Progress and Resolve Delays

. Keeping a close eye on open repairs, you'll address any issues that could impact timely completion, ensuring commitments to customers are met.

Enhance Customer Satisfaction and Loyalty

. By resolving warranty concerns and maintaining strong communication, you'll build lasting relationships and uphold superior service standards.

Qualifications




Proficiency in both French and English is required, with the ability to communicate fluently and professionally in both languages (spoken and written)

7x7 Supervisor Role Supporting mining and field service operations in Manitoba and Northern Ontario Mining Experience Required Safety Sensitive role that will require drug and alcohol testing

Will require extensive travel while on shift

Education, Licenses, Certifications:

College, university, or equivalent degree in a relevant discipline or relevant experience equivalent required. This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.

Experience:

Intermediate level of relevant work experience in a technical field, including team leadership experience, required.
