Nous recherchons un(e) tarificateur(trice) bilingue dote(e) d'un esprit strategique pour rejoindre notre equipe canadienne de tarification vie et sante en pleine croissance et evolution. Dans ce role, vous collaborerez avec un groupe talentueux de tarificateurs et partenaires afin d'etablir et maintenir notre marque de tarification de premier plan sur le marche.

En tant que member integral de notre equipe de tarification, vous serez charge(e) d'effectuer une selection de risques precise et competitive tout en veillant a ce que nos normes de service soient constamment respectees. Votre participation aux programmes d'audits externes et internes sera essentielle pour maintenir notre engagement envers la qualite et l'excellence.


Dans ce role, vous serez responsable de favoriser des relations solides avec les clients grace a une gestion efficace et a une participation active aux programmes educatifs et aux evenements de l'industrie. Cet engagement contribuera a maintenir notre forte presence sur le marche et a etablir des partenariats durables avec les clients.


Vous aurez egalement l'opportunite de joindre a des comites internes axes sur la selection des risques et de soutenir les objectifs strategiques de Swiss Re.

En tant que member de notre equipe, vous collaborerez etroitement avec nos tarificateurs et nos partenaires pour promouvoir le succes strategique et operationnel sur notre marche. Vous releverez du Gestionnaire de la tarification de notre equipe canadienne en vie et sante. Vous aurez l'occasion de collaborer avec une equipe de tarificateurs talentueuse repartie a travers le pays. Au propos de vous:




Vous devez avoir un minimum de 10 ans d'experience en tarification. Vous etes proactif et strategique, dote de solides competences en prise de decision et en resolution de problemes. Vos excellentes competences en gestion du temps vous permettent de travailler de maniere autonome tout en collaborant efficacement avec l'equipe de tarification et les autres departements de Swiss Re.

Competences Linguistiques : La maitrise du francais est essentielle, ainsi que de solides competences en communication orale et ecrite en anglais et en francais.
Experience Sectorielle : De l'experience et/ou des competences dans la gestion de dossiers importants et de clients fortunes constitue un avantage, demontrant votre capacite a gerer des taches complexes en matiere de tarification et de selection des risques. Competences Interpersonnelles : Vous excellez dans l'etablissement de relations positives et efficaces, assurant le bon fonctionnement des operations au sein du departement. Collaboration en Equipe : Motive a participer a des projets et initiatives d'equipe, y compris notre seminaire annuel pour nos clients. Vous contribuez a un environnement de travail collaboratif et innovant. Competences Numeriques : La maitrise des reseaux sociaux et leurs plateformes est un atout, vous permettant de suivre les tendances du secteur et de communiquer efficacement en ligne. Flexibilite et Voyage : Vous etes dispose a voyager selon les besoins pour des reunions internes, des conferences du secteur et des rencontres avec nos clients, renforcant ainsi les relations avec nos clients et la presence de Swiss Re sur le marche.

We are looking for a bilingual underwriter with a strategic mindset to join our growing and evolving Canada Life and Health Underwriting team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with a talented group of underwriters and business partners to help establish and maintain our market-leading underwriting brand.

About the Role




As an integral part of our underwriting team, you will be tasked with providing accurate and competitive facultative life risk selection while ensuring our time service standards are consistently met. Your participation in external and internal audit programs will be essential to maintaining our commitment to quality and excellence.


In this role, you'll be responsible for fostering strong client relationships through effective management and active participation in educational programs and industry events. This engagement will help maintain our strong market presence and build lasting partnerships with clients.


You will also have the opportunity to serve on internal committees that focus on risk selection and support Swiss Re's strategic goals. This position offers excellent growth potential in a collaborative environment where your contributions will have a meaningful impact on our success.

About the Team




As a member of our team, you will engage closely with underwriters and business partners to drive strategic and operational success across our market. You will be reporting to the Underwriting Manager for Canada Life and Health, and you will have the opportunity to collaborate with a talented underwriting team spread across the country. About You




You should have a minimum of 10 years of underwriting experience. You are a proactive and strategic thinker, possessing strong decision-making and problem-solving capabilities. Your excellent time management skills enable you to work independently while collaborating effectively with the underwriting team and other Swiss Re departments.

Language Proficiency: Fluency in French is essential, along with strong oral and written communication skills in both English and French.
Industry Experience: Experience or capabilities to support large case and high net worth business is a plus, demonstrating your ability to handle complex underwriting tasks. Interpersonal Skills: You excel in building positive and effective relationships, ensuring seamless departmental operations. Team Collaboration: Eager to participate in projects and team initiatives, including our annual client seminar, you contribute to a collaborative and innovative work environment. Digital Savvy: Proficiency in social media and blogging platforms is an asset, allowing you to engage with industry trends and communicate effectively online. Flexibility and Travel: You are open to traveling as needed for internal meetings, industry conferences, and client meetings, enhancing Swiss Re's client relationships and market presence.
