You'll enhance dealership performance by coordinating technical and retail training, ensuring compliance with Minimum Training Standards (MTS), and driving great learner experiences through clear, proactive communication.
Key responsibilities
Serve as the primary liaison between the OEM program team and dealerships to ensure training processes and standards are followed.
Maintain regular contact with dealership staff to assess needs and support training initiatives.
Coordinate technical and retail courses using the training catalog and brand guidelines.
Manage scheduling, enrollments, rosters, and instructor coordination in the
Learning Management System (LMS)
.
Handle hotline and email inquiries regarding programs, prerequisites, substitutions, and cancellations.
Monitor and report
MTS compliance
via the LMS and reporting dashboards; follow up with stores at risk.
Finalize rosters, issue invitations, track attendance/grades, and ensure accurate/timely billing.
Support internal enrollments for technical assistance, parts operations, field engineers, and quality teams.
Build and distribute
Virtual Classroom Training (VCT)
schedules; allocate instructors and classrooms.
Manage hands-on and VCT "top-ups" by adding students based on demand while enforcing prerequisites.
Proactively fill open seats; monitor classroom/VCT capacity and utilization.
Verify employment history, program enrollment, and dealer data in internal systems (e.g., DMS/mainframe tools).
Confirm MTS compliance for warranty labor rate applications (mechanical/body shop).
Maintain attendance and compliance reports for leadership reviews.

Bilingual

Strong Excel/Sheets skills; comfortable with data quality checks and compliance reporting.
Excellent stakeholder communication and customer service skills.
Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, able to manage multiple calendars and priorities.
Nice to have

Familiarity with service/warranty processes and training prerequisites.
