Reporting to our Technical Support Supervisor as our Technical Support Specialist, your troubleshooting and problem-solving skills will see you succeed. You are passionate about providing exceptional customer support by ensuring we process and implement our services in a timely and effortless manner. We believe in doing \xe2\x80\x9cWHAT\xe2\x80\x9d S RIGHT\xe2\x80\x9d by our customers!

HERE\xe2\x80\x99S SOME MORE OF WHAT YOU\xe2\x80\x99LL BE DOING:

• Take ownership of customer\xe2\x80\x99s technical issues and see problems through to resolution;
• Guide our customers through the troubleshooting process by working closely to gather the appropriate information;
• Engage the escalation support for assistance with unresolved queries;
• Coordinate with other departments and/or carriers when required;
• Be an ambassador for the customer by identifying improvements, providing feedback and proposing solutions;
• Provide Exceptional Customer Service!

HERE ARE THE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS YOU\xe2\x80\x99LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE:

YOUR EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• High school diploma, post-secondary education or the equivalence

THE SKILLS AND CHARACTERISTICS YOU WILL BRING

• You are passionate! About people, about relationship building, about life in general;
• You like to challenge the status quo, willing to take ownership and drive continuous improvement;
• You have a relentless curiosity for the latest technology;
• Your ambitious and want to advance in the technical field of Telecommunications;
• You have experience working with proprietary account management and ordering software, MS Office, Various software and web-based tools;
• An understanding of computers and other technical products;
• Proactive and creative, you are at ease with decision making and managing multiple priorities;
• Communicating is fun and easy for you, both verbally and written in English and French is required;
• As a change agent and an ambassador of our values and culture, you will act as an influencer in all your interactions;
• Because you like to share your knowledge with your team members you\xe2\x80\x99ll be a valuable team player. After all, WE PLAY AS A TEAM!
