Join the Client Operations Team where we make housing affordability solutions easy. Use your skills and passion evaluating options to support multi-unit prevention and default management operations.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborating with internal partners and colleagues to ensure reference materials such as processes, training plans and templates are available and up to date.
  • Examine business processes and identify/introduce ways to optimize them.
  • Analyzing and supporting the use of business systems by promoting understanding through the development of procedural updates, communication and direct interaction with the team.
  • Collaborating with Information Technology and team members on system design and implementation.
  • Providing support for the maintenance of the team's digital tools including our SharePoint site and internal reports.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • A commitment to demonstrating CMHC values.
  • Bachelor's degree or College Diploma/Certificate with a concentration in Business, Finance, Business Analysis or a related discipline with a minimum of five (5) years in one or more of the following areas: Business Analysis, housing finance, affordable housing, underwriting of multi-unit estate and default management experience. An equivalent combination of related education and experience may be considered.
  • Six Sigma certifications.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills and a demonstrated ability to collaborate and implement business processes.
  • Demonstrated experience working in a team environment with technical support resources, business users and external partners.
  • Strong knowledge of multi-unit real estate finance and affordability solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to research issues, analyze problems, synthesize information and make recommendations.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills to manage ongoing priorities.
  • Ability to persuade, influence, and negotiate.
  • Ability to take initiative in completing multiple concurrent projects/ tasks.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills in both official languages.
