and distributed globally across North America, Latin America, Europe, and the Middle East.

We are expanding our North American team and seeking a

Bilingual (Spanish-English) Account Manager (Medical Device Sales)

to develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, med spas, and clinics in the

U.S. and Latin American

markets.

Position Overview



The Account Manager will play a key role in driving sales, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring outstanding customer satisfaction.
You will be responsible for managing existing accounts, developing new business opportunities, coordinating with internal teams, and

traveling to the U.S.

for

trade shows, exhibitions, and client visits

.

This position is ideal for a

business-educated professional

with strong communication skills and experience in

sales or client management

-- especially in the

medical or aesthetic technology sector

.

Key Responsibilities



Manage and expand relationships with existing clients, distributors, and clinics. Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the U.S. and Latin America. Present CPMT Laser's product portfolio (Alexandrite, Nd:YAG, CO?, EMS, and Diode systems).

Travel occasionally to the U.S.

to attend

trade shows, conferences, and client meetings

. Conduct bilingual (Spanish-English) product presentations, webinars, and virtual consultations. Prepare quotations, proposals, and account reports for management. Coordinate with marketing, logistics, and service teams to ensure smooth client experience. Maintain accurate CRM records and track all customer communications. Provide after-sales follow-up to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications



Fluent in both Spanish and English

(verbal and written).

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, International Business, or a related field.

Minimum

2 years of experience in account management, sales, or business development

, preferably in

medical devices, aesthetics, or technology

. Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Zoho, or Pipedrive) and online meeting tools (Zoom, GoTo). Ability to

travel internationally (mainly to the U.S.)

for trade shows and client visits. Highly motivated, organized, and results-driven.

Preferred



Experience working with

aesthetic clinics, med spas, or distributors

. Familiarity with

energy-based aesthetic systems

and their clinical applications. Prior participation in

international trade shows

(e.g., Medica, IMCAS, Vegas Aesthetic Show).
