Develop quarterly forecasts for PC systems and component demand (CPU, RAM, SSD, motherboard, barebone, etc.), based on sales input and market analysis;
Monitor pricing trends, supply risks, and inventory levels to optimize cost and ensure stable supply.
Manage component vendors, obtain weekly part lists, and lead quotation reviews;
Oversee pricing strategies, approve supplier quotations, and adjust based on market trends, cost competitiveness, and production needs;
Coordinate with internal procurement support teams for PO issuance, payment processing, and inbound logistics--acting as the primary owner for vendor relationships and exception handling;
Track supplier performance and resolve delivery, quality, or compliance issues as needed.
Participate in regularly meetings with the receiving department to track PO status, address delivery delays, and ensure smooth warehouse handover;
Manage product returns, credits, or replacements in collaboration with vendors and internal stakeholders;
Drive monthly aging inventory clearance via resale or overseas liquidation channels.
Liaise with production and supply chain teams to ensure components arrive in time for scheduled builds;
Support sales teams by validating BOMs and assessing component availability and pricing when launching new products or customer requests;
Help document and streamline the procurement process (SOP creation and refinement).
Job Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, computer, or a related field;
Experienced working in hardware component procurement (PC, server, or electronics industry preferred); Candidates with sales and purchasing experience are preferred
Strong knowledge of computer hardware and relevant market dynamics;
Proven negotiation, cost analysis, and vendor management skills;
Proficiency in Excel, ERP systems, and data analysis tools;
Excellent communication and coordination skills across teams and departments;
Native Mandarin speaker with fluent English; strong written and verbal communication skills for handling global emails, meetings, and cross-functional collaboration.
