Position Overview / Apercu du poste
As a Bilingual Customer Service & Sales Representative, you will serve as the primary Brand Ambassador and first point of contact for customers and dealers in both English and French and good to have knowledge of Ebikes and Bikes Industry. This role focuses on developing and supporting our dealer network while providing exceptional customer service to end consumers. You'll be responsible for onboarding new dealers, providing sales support, and ensuring every customer interaction reflects our commitment to quality and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities / Responsabilites principales
B2B Dealer Development / Developpement de concessionnaires B2B
Identify and reach out to potential dealers in French Speaking Region across Canada through various channels
Present Evoque's product line and dealer partnership opportunities to prospective retailers
Conduct virtual and in-person product demonstrations for dealer partners
Support existing dealers with sales training, product knowledge, and marketing materials
Monitor dealer performance and provide ongoing account management support
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure dealer satisfaction and resolve issues
B2C Customer Support / Support client B2C
Serve as primary contact for French and English-speaking customers seeking product information
Answer questions about e-bike specifications, features, pricing, and availability
Process customer orders and coordinate with dealers for product delivery
Provide post-sale support including warranty claims and technical assistance
Handle customer concerns with care and professionalism to maintain brand reputation
Sales & Relationship Management / Ventes et gestion des relations
Build and maintain positive relationships with dealers and customers
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within dealer network
Prepare sales reports and track performance metrics
Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and dealer events as required
Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities
Qualifications / Qualifications
Required / Requis
Fully bilingual in French and English (spoken and written)
2+ years experience in B2B or B2C sales, preferably automotive, powersports, or e-bike industry
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Strong computer skills and experience with CRM systems
Valid driver's license and ability to travel within assigned territories
Passionate about sustainable transportation and e-mobility solutions
Preferred / Prefere
Experience in dealer network development or channel sales
Knowledge of Canadian e-bike regulations and Transport Canada guidelines
Background in powersports, cycling, or outdoor recreation industry
Experience with trade shows and B2B relationship building
Compensation & Benefits / Remuneration et avantages
Base Salary: $2,500 CAD per month
Performance Incentives: Earn up to $5,000 CAD monthly based on sales achievements
Total Earning Potential: $30,000 - $60,000+ CAD annually
