Duties
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and telemarketing.
Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients, showcasing the benefits of our technology solutions.
Respond promptly to website inquiries and guide users through the registration process
Participate in offline company events and exhibitions to promote the brand and expand the market
Conduct in-person outreach to attract clients and collect potential customer information
Collaborate with the marketing and operations team to support sales-related tasks
Provide daily progress updates and submit work summaries in the team chat group
Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to effectively position our products.
Skills
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.
At least 1 year sales/marketing/business development experience required
Excellent communication skills in both English and Mandarin (must).
Proven experience in sales, particularly in technology sales or business development.
Experience in telemarketing or customer service is a plus.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and self-motivation.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, capable of managing multiple priorities effectively.
Drives License required
