\xef\x81\xb6 Respond to complaints post travel
\xef\x81\xb6 Facilitate emergency cell phone coverage
\xef\x81\xb6 Process new reservations, cancellations, and amendments to existing reservations
\xef\x81\xb6 Respond to queries regarding itinerary products and services from clients, and suppliers
\xef\x81\xb6 Build relationships with key clients and key suppliers
\xef\x81\xb6 Maintain high level of Canadian Tourism product and geographical knowledge of Canada
\xef\x81\xb6 Proof reservations to ensure the accuracy and smooth running of booked itineraries
\xef\x81\xb6 Assist in the completion of any projects, as assignedPOSITION REQUIREMENTS
\xef\x81\xb6 Effective oral & written communication in English and French or German a must.
\xef\x81\xb6 Effective oral & written communication Portuguese and Spanish as an asset
\xef\x81\xb6 Post-Secondary School Education
\xef\x81\xb6 Tourism experience is an asset
\xef\x81\xb6 Must be able to work evenings and weekends
\xef\x81\xb6 Ability to work under pressure and multitask
\xef\x81\xb6 Strong attention to detail and autonomy
\xef\x81\xb6 Team spirit
\xef\x81\xb6 Dedicated to a high level of customer service
\xef\x81\xb6 Able to plan, organize and set priorities & manage processesRequirements
