Contract Type: Full Time Permanent (Dental benefit, 2 weeks vacation)
Shifts: Monday to Friday Day shiftAs a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for individuals inquiring about the Canadian Dental Care Plan. You will provide essential information and support to callers regarding dental care benefits, eligibility criteria, application processes, and service coverage details under the CDCP, which aims to make dental care more accessible to uninsured Canadians.What\xe2\x80\x99s the Job?

• Answer incoming calls and respond to inquiries related to the CDCP.
• Assist callers with understanding their eligibility and the benefits available under the plan.
• Guide individuals through the application process and provide information on required documentation.
• Explain the CDCP\xe2\x80\x99s coverage details, including what services are covered, the extent of coverage, and any necessary steps for preauthorization of services.
• Help resolve any issues or concerns related to the dental care services provided under the CDCP.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the CDCP\xe2\x80\x99s policies and procedures to provide accurate information to callers.
• Work closely with dental providers and other stakeholders to facilitate access to covered services.

What\xe2\x80\x99s Needed?

• Experienced in work from home call center environment (2 years)
• Internet connection (not wifi)
• Live in Canada in the last 6 years
• Typing speed 30WPM, familiar with MS office Word, Excel.
• Private home office setup
• Minimum 50 Mbps internet speed and smartphone
• Able to pass security clearance and bankruptcy check.
