Calian Patient Support Programs is looking for a Bilingual PSP Program Manager to join our team on a Full-Time/Permanent basis.



The Program Manager (PM) is responsible for program management including set up, implementation and monitoring of patient support programs. The PM independently designs, manages, and monitors programs that enhance patient access, initiation, adherence and persistence on therapy, while ensuring all activities are compliant with internal and customer policies and external regulations. This position ensures program operations run smoothly and troubleshoot any issues to find a resolution.


Responsibilities




Establish and implement a program plan at the start-up of new programs. This plan will outline the various steps involved in the implementation to maintenance of the program. Monitor the programs routinely and regularly to ensure optimal performance and alignment with program deliverables and objectives. Develop and implement training curriculum for staff on all programs; routinely review training and update the training as required. Manages and oversees direct reports, setting performance targets, allocating work, and managing goals. Implements technology and innovating practices, looking for ways to provide value to our clients and introduce efficiencies. Participate in daily communications with clients and stakeholders regarding program topics and actions. Prepare and present program progress and insight reports to client and internally. Participate in business development activities to expand the business with new and existing clients. Coordinate and liaise with Health Care Professionals (HCPs), clients and patients on a regular basis to ensure optimal performance of the programs. Participate in Quality Assurance of your programs, ensuring training compliance and client requirement compliance on a continuous basis. Delegate tasks when required. Ensure timelines are met for AE reporting and reconciliation. Work with the team to plan and meet client negotiated timelines. Ensure project execution is implemented as per the plan and that any modifications to improve efficiency are implemented in a timely manner. Travel to client sites to participate in face-to-face meetings for project development, as required. Identify areas of improvement and develop new processes where applicable. Fulfil other duties as required.

Qualifications




Undergraduate degree is an asset, preferably in Business or a science-related field. A registered HCP designation is considered an asset. (e.g. LPN, RPN, RN or Pharm D.). Must have 3 years of experience in managing programs in Healthcare or the Pharmaceutical Industry. Must have an understanding and knowledge of Patient Support Programs and reimbursement. English and French bilingualism (written and oral), if required by the program. Proven expertise in project management, time management, and meticulous documentation with exceptional attention to detail. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, delivering excellent customer service to patients, healthcare professionals, and industry stakeholders. Tech-savvy and innovative, demonstrating initiative and proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint).

Additional Requirements




Must possess mobility to work in an office environment and use standard office equipment including a

computer (finite movements such as typing), telephoning and other office functions.


Must be flexible to work extended hours, including weekend and evenings, to support frequent local and regional/national travel to client sites or tradeshows for presentations, meetings and visits

Salary:


$85,000 - $100,000 per year. Salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role.

Les Calian Programmes de Soutien aux Patients recherche un(e) Gestionnaire de programme PSP bilingue pour rejoindre notre equipe sur un contrat a temps plein et permanent.



Le/la Gestionnaire de programme est responsable de la gestion du programme, y compris la mise en place, l'implementation et le suivi des programmes de soutien aux patients. Vous serez aussi responsable de concevoir, de gerer et surveiller de maniere autonome des programmes visant a ameliorer l'acces des patients, l'initiation, l'adhesion et la persistance au traitement, tout en veillant a ce que toutes les activites soient conformes aux politiques internes et du client ainsi qu'aux reglementations externes. Ce poste garantit le bon deroulement des operations du programme et resout les problemes en trouvant des solutions appropriees.



Responsabilites:


Etablir et mettre en oeuvre un plan de programme lors du lancement de nouveaux programmes. Ce plan doit decrire les differentes etapes allant de la mise en oeuvre a la maintenance du programme. Surveiller regulierement les programmes afin de garantir une performance optimale et l'alignement avec les livrables et objectifs du programme. Developper et mettre en oeuvre un programme de formation pour le personnel sur tous les programmes ; reviser et mettre a jour la formation au besoin. Gerer et superviser les subordonnes directs, fixer des objectifs de performance, repartir le travail et gerer les objectifs. Mettre en place des technologies et des pratiques innovantes, en recherchant des moyens d'apporter de la valeur a nos clients et d'introduire des gains d'efficacite. Participer aux communications quotidiennes avec les clients et les parties prenantes concernant les sujets et actions lies au programme. Preparer et presenter des rapports sur l'avancement et les perspectives du programme au client et en interne. Participer aux activites de developpement commercial pour elargir l'entreprise aupres de nouveaux et anciens clients. Coordonner et assurer la liaison avec les professionnels de sante (HCP), les clients et les patients regulierement afin de garantir la performance optimale des programmes. Participer a l'assurance qualite de vos programmes, en veillant au respect des formations et des exigences du client de maniere continue. Deleguer des taches lorsque necessaire. Veiller au respect des delais pour le reporting et la reconciliation des evenements indesirables (AE). Travailler avec l'equipe pour planifier et respecter les delais negocies avec le client. Garantir que l'execution du projet est conforme au plan et que toute modification visant a ameliorer l'efficacite est mise en oeuvre rapidement. Voyager sur les sites des clients pour participer a des reunions en personne pour le developpement de projets, selon les besoins. Identifier les domaines a ameliorer et developper de nouveaux processus lorsque cela est applicable. Executer toute autre tache requise.

Qualifications




Diplome universitaire est un atout. Une designation de professionnel de sante est consideree comme un atout (LPN, RPN, RN ou Pharm D). Minimum de 3 ans d'experience dans la gestion de programmes dans le secteur de la sante ou de l'industrie pharmaceutique. Comprehension et connaissance des programmes de soutien aux patients et du remboursement. Bilinguisme anglais et francais (oral et ecrit), si requis par le programme. Expertise averee en gestion de projet, gestion du temps et documentation meticuleuse avec une attention exceptionnelle aux details. Excellentes competences en communication et en relations interpersonnelles, offrant un service client de qualite aux patients, professionnels de sante et parties prenantes de l'industrie. A l'aise avec la technologie et innovant, demontrant de l'initiative et une maitrise des outils MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint).

Exigences supplementaires:


Doit avoir la mobilite necessaire pour travailler dans un environnement de bureau et utiliser l'equipement standard, y compris un ordinateur (mouvements fins tels que la saisie), le telephone et autres fonctions administratives.
