What You Will Do With Us




The Bilingual Pricing Manager

is responsible for managing day-to-day pricing operations and supporting the execution of pricing strategies developed by the Director of Pricing. This role leads a team focused on pricing analysis, margin management, and pricing process improvements to ensure competitive and profitable pricing across the organization. The Pricing Manager collaborates closely with sales and finance to implement pricing initiatives and drive margin enhancement.

Manage pricing activities including price setting, adjustments, and margin analysis in alignment with corporate pricing strategies. Oversee pricing data accuracy, contract compliance, and pricing system maintenance. Analyze pricing trends, competitive positioning, and profitability metrics to support decision-making. Develop and maintain pricing models, tools, and reports to monitor pricing performance. Work closely with sales, finance, marketing, procurement and operations to ensure pricing strategies are effectively implemented and aligned with business objectives. Support sales teams with pricing inquiries, special pricing requests, and margin improvement initiatives. Participate in cross-functional projects related to pricing strategy, systems, and process enhancements. Identify opportunities to streamline pricing processes and improve operational efficiency. Ensure compliance with pricing policies, legal requirements, and internal controls. Support audit readiness by maintaining accurate documentation and pricing records. Assist in training other employees and/or assigning, coordinating and supervising the work of other employees within the Pricing Team as it relates to Pricing and Margin Improvement.



Who Are You




Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field; advanced degree preferred. 5+ years of experience in pricing, financial analysis, or related roles, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and pricing software/tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across teams and influence stakeholders. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. English required; French is an asset. Ability to communicate complex pricing concepts clearly and effectively.
