As part of our Patient Support team, you will be responsible for managing inquiries from doctors, clinics, hospitals, and patients via phone, mail, fax, email, or virtual methods.
Some tasks include:
Open and maintain patient accounts by recording information
Processing and logging incoming calls into CRM/Medical record system
Communicate with patients, clinics, and other facilities to provide status and progress of referrals using proprietary virtual systems
Updating patient information as required
Maintain operations by following policies and procedures as well as reporting required changes
Maintain patient confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential
Contributes and collaborates with the team to accomplish related tasks
Forward and escalate inquiries to the relevant managers, colleagues and/ or departments
The ideal candidate will have:
Bilingual - French language mandatory.
A positive and up-beat attitude,
Excellent communication skills,
Be a creative thinker with a strong work ethic.
Patience in dealing with people will be essential.
In addition, the candidate will require skills such as decision making, positivity, time management, motivation, flexibility, problem-solving, critical thinking, and conflict resolution.
