About the role
Join the Canada Greener Homes Loan team in the Housing Programs sector as a Bilingual Officer, Program Operations (Housing Programs). Your quality assurance skills and passion for client service will overoversee process improvements in client service delivery, lending activities, and client support by mitigating risks while helping support the delivery of the Canada Greener Homes Loan program.

This is a temporary position for a duration of 12 months.

What you\'ll do:
  • Offer advice, support and alternative solutions to clients and stakeholders including the communication of key decisions, the interpretation of policies and the response to inquiries.
  • Conduct detailed audit analysis involving program/product requirements, including but not limited to applications, financial reviews, existing and new loans and claim/subsidy eligibility.
  • Apply sound judgment and decision-making practises that are factual to derive recommendations and solutions.
  • Participate in internal processes involving performance monitoring and quality assurance by reviewing and preparing detailed reporting on outcomes.
  • Exercise prudence and diligence to ensure compliance with all relevant internal policies and procedures applicable to the function.
  • Maintain quality relationships with clients to understand their needs and objectives and explore opportunities.
What you should have:
  • Undergraduate degree in business, finance or commerce.
  • Bilingual (French and English).
  • Minimum of three years of relevant experience in administrative support, program administration, financial analysis, or related roles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
  • Decision-making skills.
It would be great if you also had:
  • Knowledge of CRM, GSL, emili & Excel and Power BI.
