Position Summary
:
First Class Realty is seeking a dedicated and organized Bilingual Office Administrator proficient in English and Mandarin or Cantonese. The successful candidate will manage daily administrative operations, facilitate communication between English and Chinese-speaking clients and staff, and ensure the office functions efficiently. This role is pivotal in supporting our diverse clientele and maintaining seamless office workflows.
Key Responsibilities
:
Administrative Support
: Provide comprehensive administrative assistance, including managing phone calls, emails, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
Client Interaction
: Greet and assist visitors, ensuring effective communication with both English and Chinese-speaking clients.
Document Management
: Prepare, translate, and manage documents and correspondence in both languages as needed.
Office Coordination
: Oversee office supplies inventory, coordinate maintenance requests, and ensure a well-organized workspace.
Data Entry and Record Keeping
: Maintain accurate client records, transaction files, and other essential documentation.
Team Collaboration
: Assist various departments with clerical tasks to enhance overall productivity.
Qualifications
:
Language Proficiency
: Fluent in English and Mandarin or Cantonese, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
Educational Background
: High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate degree in office administration or a related field is preferred.
Experience
: Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in an administrative or office support role, preferably in a bilingual environment.
Technical Skills
: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiar with office management software.
Organizational Skills
: Strong attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
