TSYS, a Global Payments\xe2\x80\x99 company, is looking for Loyalty Rewards Customer Service Representatives for fully remote positions. The training will start on July 10th, 2023. In this role, you will handle inbound telephone inquiries from cardholders who are calling to redeem reward points towards gift cards or merchandise and/or book travel.

Important information:

Schedule: 40 hr per week - we are a 7 day a week 9AM to 9PM EST environment, however, we will work with you to find a shift that meets both your needs as well as those of the business.

100% remote

Salary: 17.05$/h

8% Shift Premium for shifts that include both Saturdays and Sundays.

Remote office internet connection with a minimum download speed of 20Mbps, and a minimum upload speed of 10Mbps is required. The connection must be via ethernet cable directly to the modem (no wifi).

What you will be contributing to the team:

Identify and address customer inquiries regarding accounts.

Assist cardholders with redemptions online, or process over the phone.

Assist cardholders with booking travel and leisure packages.

Appropriately utilize internal systems and resources to accurately and effectively serve customers.

Educate customers on policies, and procedures as it pertains to the rewards program.

Accurately document customer conversations in appropriate systems.

Provide timely escalation of all department and system issues using the established reporting protocols.

Provide a first call resolution offering first class customer service.

Successfully complete additional skills training as required/requested.

Who you are:

Someone with 6-12 months of employment experience.

Contact center, or banking/financial services experience is preferred, but not required.

Bilingual in English and French.

Must be eligible to work full time in Canada.

Available to work on a rotational basis, 9AM to 9PM, 365

A High School Graduate.

Able to maintain customer service standards during high-pressure situations.

A positive member who loves to learn and share new things.

A strong communicator with great interpersonal skills.

A problem analyzer and solver by gathering relevant information systematically.

Able to work independently and make quick and accurate decisions.

Someone with strong analytical skills to troubleshoot issues.
