, vous aurez pour tache de vendre de l'assurance soins medicaux et soins dentaires et de l'assurance vie. Vous repondrez a des appels de vente entrants, ferez des appels de vente sortants et assurerez des interactions en ligne efficaces et professionnelles avec des clients ayant manifeste le desir de discuter de nos produits.

Ce que vous ferez



Repondre a des appels de vente entrants de nouveaux clients desirant souscrire une assurance soins medicaux et soins dentaires et une assurance vie. Faire des appels de vente sortants a des clients ayant manifeste le desir de discuter de nos options. Donner des conseils, decouvrir les besoins des clients et offrir des solutions pour y repondre. Etablir des rapports avec les clients dans le cadre de services professionnels personnalises afin de developper votre propre bassin de clients potentiels. Atteindre les cibles de vente, de qualite et de conformite etablies, et ce, sur une base mensuelle, trimestrielle et annuelle. Consigner avec precision les analyses de besoins et d'autres renseignements sur les clients dans un systeme en ligne. Soutenir diverses campagnes de marketing et campagnes organisees par les promoteurs. Repondre aux clients au moyen du clavardage en ligne et d'autres canaux numeriques. Etre le porte-parole des clients en transmettant leurs commentaires a l'equipe elargie et en soulevant les suggestions, questions ou commentaires sur la facon dont nous pouvons nous ameliorer.

Quelles qualites cherchons-nous?



Personnes parfaitement bilingues en anglais et en francais. Des personnes energiques qui excellent dans les communications tant verbales qu'ecrites et qui ont une grande aptitude pour l'ecoute active. Des personnes motivees par les cibles de vente et qui souhaitent prendre en main leur remuneration totale potentielle. Des personnes branchees sur le client et qui s'epanouissent au sein d'equipes solides. Vous avez une capacite demontree de persuader et de negocier, aussi bien par telephone que par clavardage, a l'aide d'une approche fondee sur la consultation. Vous demontrez un grand souci du detail lorsque vous recueillez des renseignements sur le client, effectuez une analyse approfondie des besoins, offrez des solutions personnalisees et reperez et concluez les occasions de ventes. Vous avez des aptitudes eprouvees pour la resolution de problemes et la capacite de communiquer avec un large eventail de clients pour faire en sorte qu'une solution efficace soit trouvee. Vous etes a l'aise d'utiliser simultanement plusieurs programmes et ecrans pendant que vous parlez avec des clients. Vous etes egalement capable d'apprendre a utiliser des systemes internes et maitrisez MS Outlook, Salesforce et d'autres systemes en ligne. Les qualites qui suivent sont souhaitables : + Experience de la vente par telephone
+ Experience dans le domaine de l'assurance maladie et de l'assurance vie
+ Diplome d'etudes postsecondaires; toutefois, les experiences de travail equivalentes sont serieusement considerees
+ Connaissance de Salesforce ou d'autres outils de gestion des relations avec les clients

Il s'agit d'une occasion unique pour des vendeurs motives qui detiennent deja un permis d'assurance vie (PQPAV) valide ou qui sont disposes a l'obtenir. Manuvie couvrira le cout du cours PQPAV harmonise offert par un fournisseur d'education agree, ainsi que les frais d'examen et de permis.

, you are responsible for selling Health & Dental, Travel, and Life Insurance. You will be handling inbound sales calls, making outbound calls, and handling online interactions with clients who have expressed interest in discussing our products in a professional, effective manner.


We have customers waiting to speak with you, we generate the leads.

This is a unique opportunity for motivated salespeople who already hold a valid LLQP license, or who have the right skills to obtain this requirement before your start date. Manulife will cover the cost of an accredited education provider for the Harmonized LLQP course, as well as the exam and licensing fees .



What will you be doing?



Handling inbound calls from new clients interested in Health & Dental, Travel, and Life Insurance Making outbound calls to clients who have shown interest in discussing our options. Assisting clients through online chats, and other digital channels Providing advice, discovering client needs, and offering solutions to meet those needs Accurately recording needs analysis, and other client information through an online system Meeting sales, quality, and compliance measures on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis Building rapport with clients through professional, personalized service to foster your own sales pipeline Supporting various marketing/sponsor campaigns Being the voice of the customer by sharing their feedback with the greater team, and raising any suggestions, concerns, or feedback on how we can improve

Who are we looking for?



Bilingual individuals, fluent in English & French High-energy individuals who are excellent communicators both verbally and written, and who have great active listening skills People that love to obsess about customers, and thrive in an environment where they are part of a strong team People who are motivated by sales targets, and who want to take control of their total earnings potential You can seamlessly progress between an open office environment, and working from home You demonstrate the ability to persuade and negotiate using a consultative sales approach over the phone or through online chat You show strong attention to detail when gathering client information, conducting a thorough needs' analysis, offering personalized solutions, identifying sales opportunities, and closing the sale You have proven problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate with a wide variety of clients to ensure an effective solution is reached You are comfortable navigating multiple programs/screens at the same time while working with clients. This includes an ability to learn internal systems along with a proficiency in MS Outlook, Salesforce, and other web-based systems The following would be assets for you to have: + Telephone sales or call centre experience
+ Insurance experience dealing with Accident & Sickness, and Life Insurance
+ Post-secondary degree: however, equivalent business experience is strongly considered
+ Familiarity with Salesforce, or other CRM tool
