Join the Learning and Development Experience Team!

What will your typical day look like?



The Learning Coordinator will provide support to the Learning and Development Experience team for firmwide learning. You will manage a portfolio of professional and/or leadership learning programs, with a national scope. Additionally, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery and coordination of complex internal programs, as well as ensuring alignment and execution of learning strategies to meet objectives and to support special projects.

You are someone who has:

  • Experience in learning and development, eLearning, human resources, events management, or other related field
  • Strong technical knowledge of applications, such as Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Zoom, team collaboration sites, along with the ability to adapt to new applications is a must
  • Bilingualism in English and French (oral and written)
  • Experience working with analytics and learning technologies (LMS, LXP, Articulate) an asset
  • Strong multi-tasking and prioritizing skills with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Exceptional organizational skills with great attention to detail
  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
  • Self-motivation and curiosity that is undeterred by a fast-moving environment
