TalentWorld is recruiting a Bilingual IT Service Desk in Ottawa, Ontario for one of our clients.
Responsibilities
Provide technical support to customers, resolving IT problems, incidents, and requests.
Collaborate with other teams for prompt issue resolution.
Maintain documentation, escalation, and tracking of incidents.
Prioritize customer satisfaction and deliver exceptional service.
Adhere to incident management processes and service desk procedures.
Enhance knowledge and skills through self-improvement activities.
Support 20-30 contacts per day (400-500 per month) based on schedule
Qualifications
Minimum education requirement: College/University or equivalent work experience
Proficient in IT concepts and troubleshooting techniques.
Fluent in English and French
Available to work Monday to Sunday, 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM EST.
Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric approach
Able to obtain a reliability security clearance.
Meticulous attention to detail and strong task prioritization abilities
Self-motivated, independent, and experienced in remote work
Employment Details
Salary: $23.00 Hourly, Weekly pay
Benefits: 40 hours per week, Canadian experience
Schedule: 8 hours of work, Be available from 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM EST
