We are partnering with an excellent Crown Corporation that's looking to add a bilingual HR Coordinator to their team. This is a full-time/permanent role.

Responsibilities:
-Deliver thorough administrative support to different parties, and provide assistance to other Human Resources team members as required.
-Partner with colleagues throughout the organization to coordinate and advance HR initiatives and special projects.
-Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, including posting job advertisements, scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates, and facilitating reference checks.
-Coordinate onboarding activities for new employees to promote a seamless integration into the organization.
-Maintain precise, confidential employee records in line with organizational policies and legal standards.
-Administer HR document management by organizing, archiving, and appropriately disposing of records according to established procedures.
-Ensure data accuracy and reliability within the Human Capital Management platform to optimize HR functions.
-Monitor and report on progress against the HR Branch work plan, supporting timely completion of tasks and strategic objectives.
Requirements:
Qualifications:
-Must be fluently bilingual in both official languages (English & French).
-Eligible for a Reliability Security Clearance.
-Post secondary education in Human Resources.
-2+ years of experience in HR administration or a related field.
-Proficiency in using HR systems such as Ceridian and other Human Capital Management platforms.
-Hands-on experience with recruitment tasks, including job postings, interview scheduling, and onboarding.
-Strong organizational skills with a focus on maintaining accurate and confidential records.
-Familiarity with payroll, benefits administration, and training coordination.
-Ability to work effectively with HR tools.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with employees and stakeholders.
-Proven ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
