Job Description

Bilingual (French/English) HR Admin
Location: Mississauga, ON
Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 - depending on experience
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Work Model: Hybrid after training (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)
Contract: 12+ months
-Provide day-to-day HR administrative support, including preparing documents, maintaining employee files, and managing HR correspondence.
-Act as the first point of contact for employees, delivering guidance and answering inquiries in both English and French.
-Support recruitment activities such as posting jobs, screening applicants, coordinating interviews, and preparing onboarding materials.
-Assist with HR processes including benefits administration, leaves, compliance documentation, and policy updates.
-Maintain HRIS data accuracy by entering employee changes, running reports, and ensuring timely updates.
-Coordinate training, performance review cycles, and employee engagement initiatives, ensuring effective communication in both languages.
Requirements:
-Must have 4+ years of HR experience
-Fluent in French and English
-HR related education
