HOURS: Monday-Friday, 8:30 am - 4:30 pm- HYBRID during the summertime, IN-OFFICE during the school year
SALARY: $80k-$85k
EXTRAS:

DUTIES:
- Manage employment cycle data (leaves, benefits, WSIB, checks, onboarding and offboarding)
- Identify and implement efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies (creative ways to find candidates)
- Collaborate with Payroll and Benefits to confirm new changes are current on each pay period
- Help plan the orientation week for new hires in August, and the Welcome back day for all employees in September
- Help new employees navigate the different forms they are required to complete
- Compile personnel records and draft HR documents like contracts and hire guides
- Provide tech support, troubleshooting, and guidance to HRIS partners
- Manage permissions, access, and personalization settings for HRIS partners
REQUIREMENTS:
- Fluently bilingual in French and English (oral and written)
- Bachelor\'s degree in HR or equivalent
- 3 years experience in the industry, and experience as an HRIS Admin or similar
- Proficiency in databases and HR software, and knows Google Drive and Docs
- Basic knowledge of labor legislation
