Your Role:
As a Heavy Equipment Technician, you will:
Diagnose, repair, and maintain heavy mining and construction equipment, including haul trucks, dozers, excavators, shovels, loaders, and graders.
Perform troubleshooting, repairs, and major component replacements in both shop and field settings.
Service and repair hydraulic and powertrain systems across a range of heavy equipment applications.
Work independently in remote field settings or collaborate in a fast-paced shop environment.
Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring equipment operates safely and efficiently.
Adhere to all safety protocols, including working in confined spaces and using proper PPE.
What You Bring:
Journeyperson Heavy Equipment Technician
certification
(Red Seal is an asset).
Minimum 1 year of field experience preferred.
Bilingual in English and French
Strong
problem-solving
skills with the ability to diagnose and address complex mechanical issues.
Ability to
work independently
with minimal supervision, taking ownership of repairs and maintenance.
Commitment to
safety and high-quality work

Excellent communication skills for
interacting with customers

Physically capable of performing demanding tasks and working in confined spaces.
