A DAY IN THE LIFE AS A DEDICATED ACCOUNT MANAGER (First 12 months)



Uphold established procedures with our primary customer to ensure compliance and satisfaction. Process flight quotation requests, including carrier searches, reservations, and file creation in internal systems. Prepare and issue helicopter quotes with attention to detail and timeliness. Facilitate invoicing and assist the accounting team with billing inquiries. Manage email communication, document filing, covering phone, and maintaining organized data entry for operational efficiency. Prepare flight departures, including scheduling time, location, and passenger lists. Conduct follow-ups on flights to ensure all details are confirmed and communicated. Collaborate effectively with the Account Coordinators to optimize operations. Monitor and address any issues that may arise during flight operations. Maintain customer relationships to enhance satisfaction and loyalty. Analyze emerging situations and adapt strategies to mitigate challenges

A DAY IN THE LIFE AS A PRIVATE JET SALES CONSULTANT (After 12 months)



Building your list of potential clients by researching internal and external databases, websites, and social media Pro-actively targeting your list through outbound sales calls, emails, and visits (both face-to-face and virtual) and converting them from potential clients into ACS clients Ensure you are consistently exceeding both your sales activity and financial targets Demonstrate an expert understanding of the aircraft and chartering process Managing charter bookings from inquiry to completion Flight watching/overseeing flight departures Building a wide and effective network of contacts inside and outside the organization

UNE JOURNEE DANS LA VIE D'UN GESTIONNAIRE DE COMPTE (12 premiers mois)



Respecter les procedures etablies avec notre client principal pour assurer la conformite et la satisfaction. Traiter les demandes de devis de vol, y compris les recherches de transporteurs, les reservations et la creation de fichiers dans les systemes internes. Preparer et emettre des devis d'helicopteres avec une attention particuliere aux details et aux delais. Faciliter la facturation et aider l'equipe comptable dans les demandes de facturation. Gerer la communication par courrier electronique, le classement des documents, la couverture telephonique et le maintien d'une saisie de donnees organisee pour une efficacite operationnelle. Preparer les departs de vol, y compris la planification de l'heure, du lieu et des listes de passagers. Effectuer des suivis sur les vols pour s'assurer que tous les details sont confirmes et communiques. Collaborer efficacement avec les coordonnateurs de compte pour optimiser les operations. Surveiller et resoudre tout probleme pouvant survenir pendant les operations de vol. Entretenir les relations avec les clients pour ameliorer la satisfaction et la fidelite. Analyser les situations emergentes et adapter les strategies pour attenuer les defis

UNE JOURNEE DANS LA VIE D'UN CONSULTANT EN VENTES DE JET PRIVE (Apres 12 mois)



Creer votre liste de clients potentiels en recherchant des bases de donnees internes et externes, des sites Web et des medias sociaux Cibler proactivement votre liste par le biais d'appels de vente sortants, de courriels et de visites (en face a face et virtuelles) et les convertir de clients potentiels en clients ACS Assurez-vous de depasser systematiquement vos objectifs d'activite commerciale et financiers Demontrer une comprehension approfondie de l'avion et du processus d'affretement Gerer les reservations d'affretement de la demande a la finalisation Surveillance des vols/supervision des departs de vols Creer un reseau large et efficace de contacts a l'interieur et a l'exterieur de l'organisation


Qualifications

WHAT DO WE LOOK FOR



Outstanding written and verbal communication skills Excellent phone etiquette and customer service abilities. Strong multi-tasking abilities and quick decision-making skills, with a knack for prioritizing and managing time effectively. High attention to detail and the ability to work independently. Proven experience in account management or a related customer-facing role. Familiarity with the airline industry or experience in chartering is a plus. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong capabilities in Excel and Word. A confident and resilient individual. Open to travel Bilingual in French and English

Fortes capacites multitaches et competences de prise de decision rapide, avec un talent pour prioriser et gerer efficacement le temps. Grande attention aux details et capacite a travailler de maniere autonome. Experience averee en gestion de compte ou dans un role connexe en contact avec la clientele. Une connaissance du secteur aerien ou une experience en affretement est un plus. Maitrise de la suite Microsoft Office, avec de solides capacites en Excel et Word. Une personne confiante et resiliente. Ouvert aux voyages Bilingue en francais et en anglais


Additional Information



At Air Charter Service, we provide 18 months of one-on-one mentorship training. This training program will cover all the necessary bases, from aircraft knowledge to sales, to make YOU an ACS success story! If that is not enough, we also offer the opportunity to travel to London, UK for in-person training and classroom training!

TRAINING & TRAVEL



Award-winning professional training and one-on-one mentoring for 18 months Training based in our London HQ for 4 weeks Training and travel expenses are covered by the company

After 12 months, training will be based in Toronto office for about 6 months.*
