Position: Junior French Bilingual Customer Service Representative
Location: Concord, Ontario

If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you!Join our esteemed client, in the manufacturing/distribution industry, as a Junior Bilingual Customer Support Representative.Responsibilities:- Process orders, provide quotations, and manage pricing with meticulous attention to detail.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer transactions, ensuring efficient follow-up and resolution of outstanding orders or concerns.
- Negotiate cost and resale prices, create purchase orders, and issue invoices to ensure seamless transactions.
- Uphold high standards of telephone etiquette and promptness in all customer interactions.
- Collaborate with various departments (warehouse, credit, procurement, sales, marketing, etc.) to deliver exceptional service.
- Proactively identify and develop new sales opportunities whenever possible.
- Provide support to other departments when needed.Requirements:- Fluency in French is essential, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with SAP Operating system or any other ERP is an asset.
- Degree or diploma in Business or related field; recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
- At least 2 years of experience in sales/customer service or call center environment.
- Enthusiastic team player with a positive and upbeat attitude. Willingness to provide support to different teams when needed.
- Passion for learning and a problem-solving mindset.
- Customer-oriented with excellent communication skills.
