WHAT YOU WILL DO

The Finance & Legal Assistant will provide general administration support to the CFO and SVP, General Counsel & Corporate Affairs, as well as their teams.

In this role, you can expect to:

  • Maintain agendas and calendars, organize and coordinate meetings, book travel, support with special events, and compile expense reports
  • Draft correspondence and prepare, revise and format documents and presentations
  • Manage & maintain legal invoices and records
  • Provide assistance with drafting, reviewing, editing standard documents, preparing blacklines, and organizing and arranging for proper execution of documents
Job Requirements:

WHAT YOU WILL BRING
  • Minimum 5 years of administrative experience
  • Post-secondary education
  • Strong computer skills with proficiency in Word, Excel, Power Point, Microsoft Teams, One Drive, Nitro Sign and expense reporting (SAP Concur).
  • Experience working with sensitive and confidential information.
  • Experience working with legal systems and databases including electronic filings is preferred
  • Bilingual in French & English is a strong asset
