We are looking for Bilingual Support Representatives. This is a business-to-consumer role to help assist LendCare customers and partners with any questions regarding personal loans for health or veterinary care services. The successful individual would have a customer service background and enjoy working in a professional team environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exemplary customer service and ensure that our customers are always receiving a superior customer experience during every interaction
• Responding to customer questions and requests (through telephone, chat, and email)
• Identify the customers\' needs and efficiently resolve inquiries
• Take accountability to solve issues from beginning to end
• Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of our services

Requirements:

• 1-year experience working inbound customer service or sales roles is preferred
• Financial services, healthcare support, or veterinary care support background are an asset
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven interpersonal and organizational skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Bilingual in English/French
• Full time availability (40 hours/week) to work in our Pickering, ON head office

Schedule: Monday - Friday, rotating schedules of 9AM - 5PM or 11AM - 7PM; one Saturday/month
