both English and French
Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally Use internal systems to search and update customer records Enter data and prepare monthly reports Manage coupon and contest reporting Handle administrative tasks, including mail sorting and preparing daily/weekly shipments Support various office duties and assist with special projects as neededWhat We're Looking For:
