What\'s in it for you?
- Full time hours
- Remote work mode (work from home)
- 4 months mandate with potential for extension
- $21,50 per hour
- Processing day-to-day negotiable and non-negotiable security and loan processing activities
- Ensuring loan documentation is completely and accurately maintained in accordance with credit facilities.
- Escalate in a timely manner unresolved issues or situations to Team Leader for further analysis and appropriate handling
- Identify root causes and resolve discrepancies escalating issues where needed
- Ensure productivity standards are achieved and Service Level Agreements are met or exceeded
- Knowledge of banking products, policies, processes, procedures and Retail Banking tools, procedures, and processes (account transactions, records management, maintaining records/accounts, etc
- Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills in English and French
- Developed ability to work well under pressure and to multi-task
- Ability to adapt to a fast paced, results oriented team environment
