Band: 89 Salary Range: $37,888 - $66,683

Position Summary:


Reporting to the Team Leader, Discrepancy & PPSA, the successful incumbent will be responsible for being the liaison between the Funding Department and the dealership. They will provide a high level of service to the dealers by building strong relationships based on integrity and trust to help resolve any contract issues. The discrepancy team is also expected to discount contracts, supporting the funding team during peak times (month end) and as required.




Responsibilities:

Communicate stipulations in written form in a consistent and concise manner via dealer communication systems. Will be responsible for entering all stipulations received daily from the team within the same day. New business deals auditing and booking during peak periods and as required. Contact and work with dealership personnel to resolve each issue in a timely manner. Follow the "Problem Contract Process" which involves dealer contact by phone or email, follow up, and collaboration with the Team Leader, Retail Credit Analyst, DRM, and Manager, National Funding as required. Generate ideas to improve the service that MBFS provides to our dealers and our customers, timely processing of contracts to allow funding and prevent first payment defaults that can roll into collections. Support Retail Credit Analyst, Customer Service/Collection Representatives and Team Members with questions or issues. Communicate with the Retail Credit Analyst to resolve outstanding contract problems daily. Discount contracts, supporting the funding team during peak times (month end) and as required.
Qualifikationen
Education and Experience:

Undergraduate degree with focus in General Business or Finance is preferred. 1-2 years of clerical experience; proficiency in administration 1-2 years of General Business experience

Technical Skills:

Significant amount of attention to detail and must be able to adapt to frequent changes. Ability to communicate well with colleagues and dealership personnel. Moderate computer skills and ability to multitask between different programming systems. Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.

Job requires flexible hours; must be able to work evenings and/or weekends.
