This is an ideal position for someone with excellent communication skills and the ability to provide clear and accurate information.What we offer:

Responsibilities:Your typical day:

• Answer calls and provide the following services:

• Directory assistance (411);
• International call transfer (0);
• Emergency call forwarding (911).
• Perform various tasks simultaneously such as:

• Listen actively to the request and question, as needed, to clarify what is being sought;
• Do a search in the computerized application and take note of the information in the required fields.
• Demonstrate rigour in the respect of the various objectives and procedures established;
• At all times, offer courteous and professional service and support in line with the expected quality standards;
• When necessary, identify and communicate irregular situations.

• Be available to work full-time Monday to Sunday, 6:00 a.m. to 10 p.m. EST \xe2\x80\x93 please note that, as a 24/7 business line, you may be required to work night shifts (10 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.) depending on business needs;
