Bilingual Customer Service Representative (French and English)
Details:
Permanent
Location: Mississauga - Hybrid after one month of training! (3 days in the office, 2 days remote)
Salary: $55,000-$65,000
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm
Benefits: Benefits ( Medical, dental, vision) after 90 days
3 weeks vacation, 6 sick days
Job Summary
The primary role is to provide support in French and English for operating and troubleshooting company products to our customers, end-users, and other professionals. This role will also support the local after sales process by evaluating and processing product returns.
Qualifications

  • Excellent written and communication skills, and ability to communicate to all levels of the organization and external customers in English and French
  • 3+ years of customer service experience in a call center
