Bilingual Customer Service Representative (French and English)
Details:
Permanent
Location: Mississauga - Hybrid after one month of training! (3 days in the office, 2 days remote)
Salary: $55,000-$65,000
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm
Benefits: Benefits ( Medical, dental, vision) after 90 days
3 weeks vacation, 6 sick days
Job Summary
The primary role is to provide support in French and English for operating and troubleshooting company products to our customers, end-users, and other professionals. This role will also support the local after sales process by evaluating and processing product returns.
Qualifications

Excellent written and communication skills, and ability to communicate to all levels of the organization and external customers in English and French
3+ years of customer service experience in a call center
