In this role, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service to our Spanish-speaking clients, ensuring their financial needs are met with professionalism and care.A proactive and empathetic individual who can handle customer interactions with patience and professionalism. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in both English and Spanish.
• Provide information about our financial products and services.
• Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions.
• Collaborate with other team members to improve customer service processes.
• Assist in translating documents and communications to ensure clarity for Spanish-speaking clients.

Qualifications:

• Fluency in both Spanish and English (written and spoken) is required.
• Previous customer service experience, preferably in the financial sector.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
