Bilingual Admission Support Representatives

to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills in both

English and French, along with a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

You must be able to work between Sunday to Friday as hours will be scheduled as per business needs. You will need to have a computer/laptop and a headset, as equipment will not be provided.

This role involves assisting potential students with their journey to starting their education.

Duties:



Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner. Communicate effectively with customers ensuring clarity and understanding. Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain up-to-date customer records. Utilize phone etiquette to engage customers professionally during calls. Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations. Making 80-100 calls per day in order to meet quota Collaborate with team members to improve overall service delivery and customer experience.

Skills:



Fully Bilingual proficiency in English and French Team player Strong phone etiquette and interpersonal skills for effective communication. Proven experience in customer service roles, demonstrating a commitment to excellence. Ability to analyze situations quickly and provide effective solutions. Experience with data entry and maintaining accurate records. A positive attitude, adaptability, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: From $17.20 per hour
