Position: Bilingual Customer Service Representatives
Location: Downtown Ottawa, ON (on-site)
Salary: $20.50 - $22.00 per hour + 4% vacation pay per hour (paid weekly)

What you will do:
- Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and online chat requests from customers
- Provide comprehensive assistance and information on company policies
- Collaborate with team members to resolve issues and share knowledge
- Perform various administrative tasks as neededSkills required:
- Prior experience in customer support roles
- Proficiency in using various communication methods such as email, telephone, video calls, and chat
- Fluency in both English and French
