Position: Bilingual Customer Service Representative
Location: Markham
Job Type: Permanent - Onsite

- Address customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy
- Provide product information and assist with order processing
- Maintain accurate records and perform data entry efficiently
- Collaborate with sales and other departments to ensure seamless operations
- Be the friendly voice and face of our company, creating positive customer experiences
- Assist colleagues whenever necessary

To succeed, you will need to:

- Fluent in English and French
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Detail-oriented and accurate in handling data entry
- Work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Possess exceptional customer service skills with a strong "customer first" attitude
- Remain calm while solving issues and have the patience to de-escalate difficult situations
