Our client, a leading provider of legal and administrative services, is seeking a English and Dutch Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join their team.
Job Title: Customer Service Representative, English and Dutch
Location: Remote - Anywhere in Canada
Pay Rate: $32/hour
Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 3:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
Responsibilities

• Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and courteous manner.
• Address and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner.
• Assist clients and customers with account-related inquiries and issues.
• Provide accurate information about services and company policies to customers.
• Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate customer records.

What you bring

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate or Bachelor's degree is an asset).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Fluent in English and Dutch.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and customer service software.
