Description du poste Le r\xc3\xb4le Service \xc3\xa0 la client\xc3\xa8le prend en charge plusieurs r\xc3\xb4les et fonctions. Nous recherchons une personne dynamique et organis\xc3\xa9e qui peut effectuer plusieurs t\xc3\xa2ches tout au long de la journ\xc3\xa9e tout en interagissant avec et en desservant plusieurs parties prenantes internes et externes.   • Fournir un soutien \xc3\xa0 la gestion, au service et aux recouvrements, au besoin
  • G\xc3\xa9rer les communications entrantes et sortantes par t\xc3\xa9l\xc3\xa9phone, SMS, e-mail, courrier, etc. d\'une mani\xc3\xa8re courtoise et professionnelle. Toujours en s\'effor\xc3\xa7ant d\'aider nos clients et les parties prenantes internes.
  • R\xc3\xa9solution de probl\xc3\xa8mes et capacit\xc3\xa9 d\'aider les clients dans le besoin.
  • Gestion des documents. Distribuer les communications entrantes aux intervenants. Courrier, e-mail, texte, fax, etc.
  • Capacit\xc3\xa9 de travailler sur plusieurs syst\xc3\xa8mes informatiques pour sourcer des informations et fournir des mises \xc3\xa0 jour d\xc3\xa9taill\xc3\xa9es des \xc3\xa9v\xc3\xa9nements et des instructions.
  • Effectuer une multitude de t\xc3\xa2ches administratives pour plusieurs d\xc3\xa9partements
  • Cr\xc3\xa9er et modifier des documents \xc3\xa0 l\'aide de Microsoft et d\'autres produits
  • Effectuer le classement, la num\xc3\xa9risation et d\'autres t\xc3\xa2ches administratives au besoin
  • Fournir une sauvegarde de r\xc3\xa9ception au besoin. Utiliser un syst\xc3\xa8me t\xc3\xa9l\xc3\xa9phonique multiligne pour r\xc3\xa9pondre et transf\xc3\xa9rer tous les appels entrants aux personnes ou au service appropri\xc3\xa9s d\'une mani\xc3\xa8re courtoise et professionnelle et prendre des messages d\xc3\xa9taill\xc3\xa9s. Maintenir une zone de r\xc3\xa9ception propre lors de la couverture

  • Doit parler couramment l\'anglais et le fran\xc3\xa7ais
  • Dipl\xc3\xb4me universitaire pr\xc3\xa9f\xc3\xa9r\xc3\xa9
  • Deux (2) \xc3\xa0 cinq (5) ans d\'exp\xc3\xa9rience en administration et/ou en service ou une combinaison d\'\xc3\xa9tudes et d\'exp\xc3\xa9rience li\xc3\xa9e \xc3\xa0 l\'industrie; segment de l\'automobile \xc3\xa0 risque pr\xc3\xa9f\xc3\xa9r\xc3\xa9
  • Avoir une compr\xc3\xa9hension du cycle de vie de la finance automobile un atout.
  • Compr\xc3\xa9hension de la Loi sur les s\xc3\xbbret\xc3\xa9s mobili\xc3\xa8res en mati\xc3\xa8re de biens meubles un bien
  • Ma\xc3\xaetrise des logiciels de montage de pr\xc3\xaats, des logiciels de maintenance des clients, des logiciels de recouvrement et de Microsoft Office. Excel est largement utilis\xc3\xa9 pour les rapports.
  • Exp\xc3\xa9rience utilisateur avanc\xc3\xa9e avec Excel, Word, PPT et Outlook

The Customer Service role supports multiple roles and functions. We are looking for a dynamic and organized individual that can complete multiple tasks throughout the day while interacting with and servicing multiple internal and external stakeholders. Duties and Responsibilities
  • Provide support to management, service, and collections as required
  • Handle inbound and outbound communications by phone, text, email, mail, etc. in a courteous and professional manner. Always striving to help our customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Problem solving and ability to help customers in need.
  • Document management. Distribute incoming communications to stakeholders. Mail, Email, text, Fax, etc.
  • Ability to work on multiple computer systems to source information and provide detailed updates of events and instructions.
  • Complete a multitude of administrative tasks for multiple departments
  • Create and modify documents using Microsoft and other products
  • Perform filing, scanning, and other administrative duties as required
  • Provide reception back up as required. Operate a multi-line telephone system to answer and transfer all incoming calls to the appropriate individuals/department in a courteous and professional manner and take detailed messages. Maintain a clean reception area when covering
Education & Experience:
  • Must be fluent in both English and French
  • University degree preferred
  • Two (2) to five (5) years of Administrative and or Service experience or combination of education and industry related experience; subprime automotive segment preferred
  • Having an understanding of the automotive finance lifecycle an asset.
  • Understanding of the Personal Property Security Act an asset
  • Proficiency with loan origination software, client maintenance software, collections software and Microsoft Office. Excel is used extensively for reporting.
  • Advanced user experience with Excel, Word, PPT, and Outlook
Skills
  • Excellent communication skills in French and English (written and verbal).
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PPT) and Windows environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail & punctuality
  • Able to multi-task in a fast paced environment
  • Strong data entry / keyboarding skills, and efficient with computers
  • Familiar with routine office equipment i.e. telephone systems, photocopier, fax.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative and resolve problems independently.
Working Conditions
  • Manual dexterity required to use desktop computer and peripherals.
  • Overtime as required.
  • Scheduled shifts for days, evenings, and rotating Saturdays.
  • Lifting or moving up to 10lbs may be required.
