We are currently hiring for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative. We are seeking candidates who would be a great fit for the following:
- Salary $41,600 - $52k - possible stretch to $54k if there is pharmaceutical Customer Service Experience.
Training: 1-2 weeks of shadowing - Should be fully trained within a month.

Duties:
- Receive and process orders pharmacy products from customers via telephone, email, or fax
- Communicate directly with customers in person, by telephone or electronically
- Process prescriptions into pharmacy system (Nexxsys/PharmaClick Rx)
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, presenting benefits and value of products
- Identify sales opportunities while servicing customers
- Effectively resolve and/or escalate customer complaints
- Maintain excellent knowledge of our portfolio of products to understand customers\' needs
- Maintain records of customer transactions
Requirements:
- Fluently bilingual in French and English (oral and written)
- At least 2 years\' experience as a customer service rep or pharmacy tech
- An asset if they are knowledgeable in pharmacy systems, a plus if they know Nexxsys/PharmaClick Rx or Kroll
- Order management an asset as they will be processing lots of orders
- Able to work in a very fast paced environment
