Position Summary
We are looking for a Customer Service Summer Student based at our Nestle Brampton location to join our Ice Cream Customer Service Operations team from May 2026 to August 2026. This role will be responsible for being front line for our Nestle Canada customers, building valuable relationships and continuing to earn their respect and trust by delivering best-in-class service. This position is an existing vacancy.
A day in the life of a Customer Service Summer Student on our Ice Cream Team
A Customer Service Summer Student builds relationship with customers who have a current Nestle Ice Cream account and supports the process of bringing new accounts on board. They collaborate cross functionally with other departments; namely distribution, finance, route planning, and logistic operations while managing business relations and building trusting relationships with Nestle's customers.
