Location: North York, ON
Salary: $57,000-$58,000
Hours: 9AM to 5PM
Benefits: After 4 months: Medical/Dental/Vision, 10 sick days, 3 weeks of vacation, 5 save days, 1 floater, RRSP 4% matching
HYBRID (2-3 days in office) must be flexible - 100% in office for training
RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer communications across all channels, including those from English and French-speaking members of the public
  • Ensure timely delivery of communications (receipts, welcome packs, thank you calls)
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bilingual fluency in both written and spoken French and English is required
  • Demonstrated proficiency in translating English to French communications in a professional setting, and/or writing and editing bilingual communications
  • A minimum of 1-3 years' of relevant work experience in customer care (handling inbound/outbound calls)
  • Good communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills for diverse audiences to build strong working relationships across cultural and organizational settings, both internally and externally.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to work some evenings and weekends as required
