Join our growing team of Bilingual Collection Associates with our client NB Power located in Fredericton, NB. Our client offers employment in a structured, safe and clean work environment that begins on September 18, 2023.
What\'s in it for you?
- $16-$18 per hour, plus 4% vacation pay
- Paid weekly, every Friday

- Monday to Friday day shift with occasional overtime

- Supporting NB Power customer care through multi-channel services in account information and other areas supporting customer inquiries
- Interact with customers via phone or email to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services and to handle and resolve complaints
- Excellent verbal and written communication and strong customer service skills
- Reliable and act with tact and diplomacy
- Ability to speak, read, write and comprehend French and English
- Able to multi-task in busy environment
- Competent with various computer programs, including Microsoft Office
- Ability to work in a team environment
- A criminal record check is required
