The Opportunity: As a Customer Digital Care Representative, you\'ll reassure our customers that you are here to help. You\'ll receive and respond to customer service inquiries via email and online chat. Assisting with customer questions, reviewing accounts, setting up service or making changes in existing service are all in a day\'s work.
Our employees must have the ability to communicate effectively and professionally, in a conversational manner, using proper grammar. Being able to remain calm, cool and collected in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment is a must!
To ensure we are able to handle our customers\' needs, our employees must be punctual, dependable and reliable.
Our representatives don\'t work late night shifts and have limited weekend hours.
