The Opportunity: As a Customer Digital Care Representative, you\'ll reassure our customers that you are here to help. You\'ll receive and respond to customer service inquiries via email and online chat. Assisting with customer questions, reviewing accounts, setting up service or making changes in existing service are all in a day\'s work.

Our employees must have the ability to communicate effectively and professionally, in a conversational manner, using proper grammar. Being able to remain calm, cool and collected in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment is a must!

To ensure we are able to handle our customers\' needs, our employees must be punctual, dependable and reliable.
Our representatives don\'t work late night shifts and have limited weekend hours.

The Requirements:

  • Excellent written communication and keyboarding skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Ability to complete a mandatory 6-week paid training
  • Two (2) years of customer service or contact center environment experience
  • Bilingual (spoken and written) in English and French
The Location: Remote (attached to the closest office to your location - Anjou, Longueuil, Brampton, Kitchener, Calgary, Edmonton or Sudbury)
The hours: 7:30am - 4:00pm ; 8:30am - 5:00pm or 9:30am - 6:00pm (EST)
