Job Description

We are a well-established global organization in the health and technology sector is seeking a Bilingual Customer Care Advocate to join its Canadian operations team. This full-time, on-site role is ideal for someone who excels in customer service, enjoys problem-solving, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

You will serve as part of the first line of support for customer inquiries, administrative coordination, and sales order processing. The role involves working closely with internal departments such as operations, finance, and sales to ensure smooth customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities



Customer Support: Respond promptly to customer inquiries by phone and email, providing accurate information and addressing concerns. Onboarding Support: Assist with the onboarding process for new clients across internal platforms. Order Processing: Enter and acknowledge sales orders with accuracy and timeliness; coordinate payment verification; enter data in CRM/ERP systems; generate invoices in accounting software. Record Management: Maintain required documentation such as forms, invoices, and delivery records, ensuring everything is accurately uploaded and tracked. System & Data Management: Maintain up-to-date customer records and service logs while ensuring data integrity within internal systems (CRM/ERP). Technology Use: Utilize Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and cloud-based tools for communication and daily administrative tasks. General Administrative Support: Assist with various tasks and projects assigned by leadership.

Qualifications



Fluency in

French and English

(written and spoken) is a must Post-secondary education Strong customer service background in a professional business environment Experience with Microsoft Office and Google Suite Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) Experience with CRM/ERP systems (e.g., Salesforce, Odoo) Strong relationship-building skills and customer-first mindset High attention to detail and strong organizational skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Experience in a health-related product or service industry is an asset

Pay: $70,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
