Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries via email, phone, and web chat
Conduct outbound follow-up calls, including customer satisfaction surveys
Resolve issues with diligence and follow through until completion
Provide top-tier service that enhances the customer experience
Hours of Operation
Our Call Centre operates 24/7, with most shifts falling between
7:00 AM and 11:00 PM ET
