We are currently seeking a motivated and professional

Front Desk & Client Care Coordinator

to join our team 3-4 days per week. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a client-facing role, enjoys working with technology, and has strong communication and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities

Front Desk & Client Care

Greet clients and ensure a welcoming, professional environment. Manage appointment bookings, confirmations, and reminders using our EMR system (training provided). Provide excellent customer service and respond promptly to client inquiries. Maintain a clean and organized reception and common area.

Skin Analysis Support

Perform client intake using our advanced computer-based skin analysis system (training provided). Capture accurate skin images (no interpretation required--our technicians will review results).

Social Media & Marketing Support

Manage and update clinic social media platforms including

Meta, Redbook, WeChat, and TikTok

. Create engaging in-house content, schedule posts, and respond to client inquiries on these platforms.

Professional Standards

Uphold the highest level of professionalism and confidentiality. Follow clinic policies and code of conduct at all times.
Qualifications

Fluent in both English and Mandarin

(spoken and written). Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail. Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. Comfortable using computers and learning new systems (training provided). Legally eligible to work in Canada. Previous experience in a clinic, spa, or customer service setting is an asset. References required.
