We are looking for candidates with great customer focus, computer proficiency, good communication skills, and strong attention to detail. This is a permanent, full-time position. In this role, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls from customers regarding wireless handset insurance claims. Additionally, you will be responsible for selling our In-Home warranty service to customers on every call.
You will:

• Answer incoming calls from customers regarding their insurance policies
• Walk customers through claim procedures when necessary
• Provide 1 call resolution
• Follow up with customers when needed either via email or callback
• Ensure all company required procedures are followed
• Provide pertinent and timely information to all customers
• Offer upgraded products/services to customers

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least 1 year of customer service experience
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• PC literacy (Windows, web navigation) and 25 WPM typing skills
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule
• The schedule is subject to a shift bid process

EARNING POTENTIAL:

• Base hourly Rate (English): $15.80
• Base hourly Rate (Bilingual): $18.80

Il s\xe2\x80\x99agit d\xe2\x80\x99un poste permanent \xc3\xa0 temps plein. Dans le cadre de vos fonctions, il vous incombera de traiter les appels entrants des clients concernant des r\xc3\xa9clamations d\xe2\x80\x99assurance pour les combin\xc3\xa9s sans fil.
Vos t\xc3\xa2ches:

• R\xc3\xa9pondre aux appels entrants des clients concernant leurs polices d\xe2\x80\x99assurance.
• Accompagner les clients \xc3\xa0 travers les proc\xc3\xa9dures de r\xc3\xa9clamation, au besoin.
• R\xc3\xa9soudre les probl\xc3\xa8mes des clients en un seul appel.
• Effectuer un suivi aupr\xc3\xa8s des clients, au besoin, par courriel ou t\xc3\xa9l\xc3\xa9phone.
• S\xe2\x80\x99assurer que toutes les proc\xc3\xa9dures requises par l\xe2\x80\x99entreprise sont suivies.
• Fournir des renseignements pertinents et en temps opportun \xc3\xa0 tous les clients.

Qualifications requises:

• Au moins une ann\xc3\xa9e d\xe2\x80\x99exp\xc3\xa9rience dans le domaine du service \xc3\xa0 la client\xc3\xa8le
• Excellentes habilet\xc3\xa9s de communication, en fran\xc3\xa7ais et en anglais, (oral et \xc3\xa9crit) et \xc3\xaatre orient\xc3\xa9 vers le service \xc3\xa0 la client\xc3\xa8le
• Connaissances en informatique (Windows, web, etc)
• Dactylographie: un minimum de 25 mots par minute
• Dois \xc3\xaatre capable de travailler selon un horaire flexible.
